A visit to the 2012 spring Renegade Craft Fair provided a wealth of creativity and great artistic energy. I enjoyed meeting folks from across the country as well as a great representation of local Austin artists and fellow Austin Craft Rioters. What follows, after the jump,is a small sampling of booths from the show. Be sure and click on images for a larger view.

Renée and Josh represent Robo Roku and This Creative Life. Clever graphics and phrases represented through charms, t-shirts, bags and more.
Manue of Pretty Kiku creates beautiful jewelry with an impressive talent for presentation.
Tara of Lost Little Things. A rare moment that I caught her for a photo when her booth wasn’t overwhelmed with customers.
Becka of Baby Bolt. Striking and clean graphics with great appeal presented within a creative booth design.
Ashley of Inviting presents a beautiful array of letterpress perfection. I learned about “Vera,” the industrious yet sometimes menacing workhorse behind all the creativity. (Framed picture of “Vera”to Ashley’s left.)
Lianne of Lizziebees offers up a fun collection of pet related genius, including the popular Cannabis Cat Leaf, chock full of organic catnip. We snagged one for Lily to help with her mellow.
Creative ceramic mutations from Barking Dog Press.
MakeATX offers up a nice collection of laser cut fun and offers workshops.
Fun plush toys and expert packaging from Let’s Be Friends.
Great attention to detail, color and design with the handmade bags from Rachel Elise.
Nice to see an Etsy Dallas representative here. Rachel of Re Geared turns bicycle gears and parts into creative fun.
Hello Wars offers a well-thought-out selection of products with clean design and a clever twist. “May the kawaii be with you!”
So many other great booths and talent that I didn’t get a chance to visually represent here, including Crab Apple Design, Poppy and Fern, Illustrated Ink, 3 Bears Studio, James Flames and Graham Franciose.
Glad to finally meet you Rachel! You’re doing great work and I hope you did well with Renegade.
